Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using UtilsBar, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

2. License

UtilsBar grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the software on macOS devices that you own or control, subject to the terms of the Mac App Store Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

3. "As Is" Warranty

UtilsBar is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranty of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the application will be error-free, uninterrupted, or meet your specific requirements.

4. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall UtilsBar or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your use of the application.

Since all data is stored locally on your device, you are solely responsible for maintaining backups of your notes, clipboard items, and other data stored within the app. We are not responsible for data loss due to hardware failure, OS updates, or accidental deletion.

5. Updates

We may from time to time provide enhancements or improvements to the features/functionality of the application. Updates are provided through the Mac App Store.

6. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the developers operate, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
